It's Snowy and Cold!!

Vancouver has been hit by a freak winter blast and T.O. Is experiencing +15 degree weather!

    I don't know if you are being serious or not??
    Although I feel the need to defend myself as it was taken with my Treo while I took my puppy out to do his business.
